  4. Leg cut luggage trolley. For this?

Leg cut luggage trolley
My sister's one leg is slightly cut due to luggage trolley in big bazaar in a shopping mall. There was a bit of bleeding. I told her to apply soframycin. Does she need to take injection for this? Please suggest a treatment for this problem.
