AVN of lunate bone is due to Necrosis of small bone in wrist of a size of peanut which is important in functioning of wrist
Its blood supply is precarious
Surgery will give you good result as it can't be reversed by waiting or any other modalities
Type of surgery will be decided on staging of disease
