Hello,
My mom has a pain in her left toe that comes and goes. We went to an orthopaedic doctor and did blood test as well and everything was fine. The doctor recommended medication for calcium defeciency which is for 3 months. Almost 2 months are done but the pain is still the same. Could you please assist? Thanks

Pain traveling to and fro has a connection with nerve. I would like to know what aggrevates it and what is relieving the pain. Also can you define pain whether it's throbbing or dull ache or pins and needle kind.
Next Steps
Consult Podiatrist or Sports physio who can assess her footwear and gait (walking) pattern.
Health Tips
Ask her to dip the foot in cold water or apply ice in the area of pain for 5-10 minutes only. Thrice a day. If her sensations in the foot are intact.

It's possible that she may be having vitamin B12 and D3 deficiency in addition to calcium deficiency. Supplements of these vitamins are helpful in controlling this pain.
Health Tips
If the pain still persists you may have some other problem. You will need a second opinion in that case.
