I have left testicle mild pain from last 5 month. In past a injury in left testicle when I was 10 years old and formed swelling hydrocele, I didn't care that time because no pain. then I treated hydrocele when I was 18 years old although no pain, not by any surgery, a doctor remove water with syringe and inject a green liquid medicine, this activity did 2 times in 1 week gap. After that almost swelling removed but not as natural. Now after 9 years mild pain occurred. All happening in left side right side is fine. I did scrotum ultrasound report is attached.
Doctor told me that it is mild infection after seeing ultrasound and give prescription for 10 days. But do not getting relief.

Your ultrasound suggests testicular information or orchitis. Could be related to the testis self or could be related to bloodstream or urinary tract infection. It’s ideal to get a urine routine microscopic examination. And to report to your doctor that you are unrelieved with the medications. I would suggest clinal examination before changing the antibiotics / medications are re starting new ones.
