Left testicular pain

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have been having the left testicular pain from the last few days actually i got this pain before a month but i took infection tablets for 3 days after that it seems normal and now the pain occurs at left testicular and slightly occurs at middle downside of the pennis.i consult a three doctors they had seen all my reports they didnt find any infection also and 1 doctor said it is some infection another one said u r left testicle turns u need operation which doctor i would trust plz help me

Best is to do a colour Doppler of scrotum, it would tell you about the blood vessels of the testis. Based on the reports, We can decide. It also would help us to differentiate between other conditions like epididymoorchitis, torsion, varicocele. If there's no abnormality noted in the scrotum, then it could be a referred pain from abdomen. Look for stone in the lower ureter or bladder
