Left Testicular enlarged

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Since 3-4 days my left testicle has become large. I feel that the inner sphere is enlarged not the scrotum. No palpable lump. I tried very hard to feel any lump every time I bath but no lump it is smooth. l just it had enlarge like 1.5 times of another one. It had become littler hard. And the veins also become thick and hard compared to right veins. No pain in testicle or anywhere in body. What is this? Plz help I am scared that it is cancer... I wear Dhoti for 2 hours daily which fits very very tight at the testicles and penis. Plz reply...
