:-Along with exercise do massage of both legs with mahanarayn oil before sleep.
:-before exercise do massage of legs with mustered oil.
:- Do not eat rice,maize roti,curd,lemon and avoid thandi tasir food and fruit .
:-See the vedio of low back pain exercise on you tube by ramdev. ( Only do low back pain exercise. )
:-sleep on comfortable bed.
:- Eat garm tasir food .
For Hypertension:- eat two kali of lehsun empty stomach in morning.
:- if you are taking allopathy medicine for hypertension you can start
Mukta vati 2 tablet OD after food (mahanarayn oil and mukta vati both are available at patanjli medical store)
