Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab. Zerodol-p twice a day for the pain. The headache could be of migraine type. Avoid tea/coffee/Carbonated drinks/ alcohol and smoking. Get your headache checked out by a physician. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
