Hello. There is a possibility of eruption of 3rd molar (Wisdom tooth) on left side in upper or lower arch causing these symptoms.
These symptoms are quite common between the age of 19-29 years when eruption of Third molar takes place.
Other possibility could be the presence of abscess on the molar (back tooth) due to large cavity or infection beneath the tooth surface.
Next Steps
You need to get an OPG(Full mouth X ray) done to confirm the status of erupting teeth. and possibly get a clinical check up done from an Oral surgeon (specialist in Removal of tooth) or an Endodontist (specialist in restoring carious tooth)
Health Tips
You can apply cold Ice packs on affected area to relieve the pain and swelling.
Avoid eating food from the affected site and get the clinical check up done as soon as possible from the above mentioned specialist at dental clinic near you.
