Left side hand arm and chest pain

Sir, my age is 18 years. I am having pain in my left hand, left arm, and the upper left side of my chest. My ECG shows a heart rate of 108 bpm. Troponin-I, TMT, and lipid profile are normal. Sir, I had an endoscopy done. Upper GI Endoscopy Report: Impression: GERD I am taking Rabeprazole with Domperidone. Sir, why does my hand pain happen while using this medicine?

The pain is not due to medicine. GERD symptoms can mimic a cardiac chest pain. It could also be musculoskeletal cause. Get your Vitamin D levels checked. If defecient need supplementation Upload your Endoscopy report for further detailed picture
