Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Never miss it for whatever reason. As you are having acidity problem ,never keep stomach empty for more than 4 hours. Even a glass of milk or few biscuits will help. Take Pantop-40 mg in the morning on empty stomach.

Acidity and gastritis will lead to left sided shoulder blade pain. Skipping breakfast will just aggravated the problem. Even if there is work pressure,  try to carry at least 2 biscuits or nuts for morning. Continue with rantac or alternatively you can switch to Pan-d 1 tab before breakfast for 1 week.
Next Steps
drink plenty of fluids and avoid oily fried food.
Health Tips
if the pain still persists or more than 10 days , get an ultrasound abdomen done by your nearby physician .
