Left side body pain , left hand pain
I was  felt pain in my chest before 6 months ago , then i feel pain left hand also after that i feel pain in  left side body from abdominal to neck , some time i feel pain in chest , some time feel in left shoulder, some time left shoulder blade , some time pain feel in neck , some time feel in left hand , i feel headache i feel tingling sensation in head and left side body, i feel nausea, vertigo also , some time i feel shortness of breath and Anxiety I have done all laboratory check up , 1. ECG, Echo, TMT 2. Ct scan of abdominal 3. Ct scan of chest 4. Usg of abdominal 5. Mri of spine 6 Mri of Brain And done all other blood tests All tests reports are normally only some diffuse disc bulge in c4 c5 c6 c7. In spine MRI i am taking physiotherapy but i am not feel good i am very frustrated Please suggest what I should do thanks
