My wife found left sided adnexal mass of size 2.75x4.57cm with PID
Please suggest is it normal and can be treated with medicines

But I will like to leave further decision whether to treat it or not, to the discretion of the treating Gynaecologist. He has full patient in front of him. I have only a report which has been given by YOU.
