  4. Left shoulder pain. And i may fall.

Left shoulder pain
Left shoulder pain that radiates to left hand and left side of the chest also full rib cage on the left side feel sore. Pain from neck also goes to the back side of head. And I fell like vomiting all the time plus I feel my body is not balanced and I may fall.
