Left shoulder joint pain from yesterday

Asked for Male, 32 Years

From last day noon when I was sleeping, in my left hand shoulder joint a lot pain started. It not allow me to hand movement, as I move my hand I feel lots of pain. Normally I used to sleep at left side. If I keep my hand in normal position pain is less but as I change position it's start painting a lot..this pain is stated from yesterday noon after sleep.

It is a possibility that an odd posture may have led to a strained muscle. Please apply an ice pack to the affected area. Observe for two days and see if the pain goes down. Avoid excessive movement. Your body isn't allowing movement as a protective mechanism. Please consult an orthopaedic doctor if pain increases or radiated down your arm.
