Left neck pain and swelling

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I've been having swelling and pain in the left side of my neck, jaw, shoulder, and it causes a headache when it flares. Thyroid/lymph node ultrasound was normal. WBC count is normal. The vessel that runs between my jaw and shoulder is always hard also. Doctors are stumped. Any ideas?

Hi, as per your symptoms and normal investigation if you are not having fever then it can be spasm of sternocleidomastoid muscle. Due to strain it got stiff and have a radiating pain in back portion.
