Left lower flank pain intermittent
H/o renal stones in past 5 years .c/o left lower back pain intermittent since 10 days ,recent push shows lower pole kidney stone of 4mm and mild pelvicalyceal system dilatation but no ureteric calculus .urine routine occasional pus cells and 4 red blood cells Kindly suggest further management

Ultrasound abdomen may not show a ureteric calculus ...please get a c t scan done to see any stone in ureter...
