Left lower abdomen pain

Hi , I am getting left lower abdomen pain. I am not getting pain continuously, it's paining every 1 min. But not a sever pain. Do I need to go to hospital ?? Could suggest ??

This May be because of colitis or CONSTIPATION or GASTROENTERITIS etc. These have to be treated accordingly. How are the motions ? Does pain get Relieved after passing motion ? Any nausea. other important histories needed ?
