Left lower abdomen hurts

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Woman / 31 years. Left lower abdomen hurts and pain radiates till the calf muscles. CT report says "About 4 by 4 cm left adnexal cyst is seen ?Ovarian" Doctor said everything is normal but I want to double check.
