Protect your ankle using a crepe bandage or ankle brace. Avoid walking if it's too painful. In bed, raise leg using 2 pillows this will reduce the swelling Take dolo 650 twice a day after food for 3 days. If it doesn't get better get xray done and consult any ortho. Also take vitamin d injection to get quick and better healing
Next Steps
consult if needed
