Left inner thigh pain beneath skin
I have a pain in my left inner thigh. It does not feel muscular and the pain feels just beneath the skin. There is no rash, swelling or anything. it only hurts to touch or stretch ( when the skin is taught). I have no history of strain or pull. I self got d dimer test which is 0.18. does it look like vascular pain?

If you are having doubts regarding vascular pain, then go for Doppler study of affected limb     Try this with mild analgesics for 5 days

The d dimer results that you have got are normal. Moreover d dimer test cannot tell whether the pain is due to a vascular cause. It just gives an idea about any clot present in the body Vascular pain in lower limb appears after standing for prolonged periods due to venous stasis or due to walking or doing some work related to that organ as in arterial lesions If the pain is in the uppermost aspect of the inner thigh then there might be some inguinal pathology like a subclinical hernia or so If it is a focal pain in the lower thigh then kindly consult an orthopaedic surgeon For middle or upper inner thigh consult a surgeon I hope this helps you out
