Left face and hand tingling

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am 27years old boy, taking Telma 40 from last 2year. From last few day I am feeling awkward sensation in left face head side as well as left hand and leg. in my childdhood I had nurve problem. Please let me know why this is happening. I am very nurvous about that. I have started taking vitamin tablet from today.
