Left Chest Pricking pain
Hi dr. Am a Mbbs graduate.. Am currebtly preparing for NEET-PG, due to coaching for past 4-6 month my exercise n food habits are not on healthy side.. Now for few days feel left chest intermittent pricking pain.. Over close to left sternal area.. I feel it's Gerd Or any gastritis.. Still makes me tense.. It's keep on coming for few min n go.. No radiation n all.. Please reply if any one.. How should I go about.. Any medicine needed?
