28f.left chest pain on and off since few days ...upper back pain since 6 months...if I lay down it's fine but can't able to sit more than 10 mins...shortness of breath ... Ecg normal Mri full spine normal Cbp,crp,nt pro bnp normal Thyroid,lft,serum creatinine,serum uric acid ,lipid normal Urine test normal Calcium,vit b12 ,potassium normal Vit d3 16 -used capsules for 6 months course Esr 28 Hrct chest took 1 year back shown bilateral minimal plueral effusion and infective etiology Used many pain killers no cure Using tapentadol then it's ok 50% only upper back pain ... Using gelusil also What may be the reason for my these symptoms..iam worried if it's related to heart or lungs or etc ....
