  4. Left chest pain during stress. Help.

Left chest pain during stress
I feel mild left chest and hand pain, breathlessness regularly when I am in stress due to some reasons. My ECG, Echo, x-ray are showing normal.but Lipid profile parameters increased more than normal range.(weight 81kg ,age -22, height- 5 feet 7 inch ,no diabetes, BP - 146/88, no family history of serious illness like heart disease,non alcoholic,non smoker) what should I do please help.

If cardiac evaluation is normal pain could be due to cervical spondylosis. Just check with an orthopedic doctor.
