Lateral tongue whiteness and roughness
Hello sir/mam Here I am attaching the picture of my right side lateral tongue from past 2 weeks I am noticing some roughness and white dots on this particular area some burning sensation is also there applied dologel also no change. I searched on Google about this it shows only leukoplakia and cancer I am very much scared please help
