Lateral Maleoulus fracture
I met with a road accident.. I was diagnosed with laterlais Maleoulus fracture by the senior doctor. The junior doctor messed up the prescription because of which the further treatment suffered. Initially the junior doctor and the intern  only identified soft tissue injury.. Which later was corrected by the senior doctor saying hairline farcature  malleolus lateralis. So the procedure was supposed to be like.. Slab for a week and then cast for 4 or 6 weeks. But due to lack of writing correctly on the prescription ... It was later treated just as soft tissue injury.
