Late stage hiv antibody test

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Can tridot and western blot detect hiv antibodies after 10 years of exposure incase the person had fully blown aids? The wbc counts are normal but i want to know if these tests will detect the antibodies after 8 to 10 years.
