Hello doctor oral thrush or loose motion is primarily symptom of acute hiv infection ? Suppose some one is infected from his befire one or two month and having oral thrush and loose motion from 15 days later but report hiv duo is negative ?
Is it possible that body produces physical symptoms but hiv combo antigen and antibody report come negative I have exposure of syringe not needle on 20 march and taking pep on21 march with in 24 hours till to 28 days and after pep complete test done on 28 days and after exposure 56 days negative combo test
