Asked for Female, 24 Years

Why is my period late by 13 days?? last time i had unprotected sex was on july 3rd and i got my periods the same day (spotting) and i even got my periods tge next month on August.. but for this month which is September it is late for 13 days.. i even did urine test on date 8 of September twice but it's negative... m i pregnant?
