Asked for Female, 20 Years

I'm nearly 9 days late for my period now however I have took multiple pregnancy tests which have all come up negative. Me and my partner have always been safe and careful however this is the first time I've had this problem. I took a test the start date of my period and again today which both times they have all come up negative. However I'm worried because I haven't had any symptoms to suggest I'm due to start my period or early pregnancy. What could this be ?
