Last 6 days i feel pain at chest
I am 23 every morning when I wake up i feel pain on my chest center this is happening aince 6 days as day pass pain reduces There is no pain while breathing or deep breathing so is there any serious issues..?? I also smoke bt is der any issues..??

No man. ..nothing to woory at all...plz just relax.  ....don t get panic at all... Its the pain of pectoralis major and minor muscles ... Just approach to a sports physjo nd get it relesed ASAP ..
