Hi, I have 3 inch black tatoo on my shoulder which i want to get rid off. I recently saw on practo, few dental doctors doing face surgery and laser treatments. Please advise me if there is any side effect of cancer/scars by laser treatment. Its 3 inch tatoo, a name. And please advise what would be appproximate cost associated.
