I'm a male and a person from airline industry and I need a fair skin for my job and I have a hell lot of tan so can I rid of it by laser treatment and please tell me the precision for this treatment

Laser doesnt work for pigmentation. There are many reasons why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause.
