Betnovate is not an antifungal or antibacterial cream, it contains steroid  which will worsen your condition. Consult online for further treatment

Laser hair removal can affect and increase any infection if done on affected or nearby area. Also betnovate is not correct cream to be applied in your per se condition. Also Detail history and examination is needed for your condition. Kindly consult online for the same. Treatment will be prescribed accordingly.
