Laryngocele (right side of neck)

Small Internal laryngocele before 3 month my right side of neck.. But i don't go for surgery.. My age 21 If without surgery this laryngocele can be operate.. So please help me What is the process????

How is this laryngocele, troubling you?? Have you undergone any CT scan to know the exact size of the laryngocele. I think it's better to take opinion of any senior surgeon whether to get it operated or not.
