Laryngitis
My brother developed hoarseness of voice after vomiting. An ENT examined him on 16 May and performed an endolaryngoscopy. The ENT diagnosed acute laryngitis and prescribed medicines along with 20 days of voice rest. After about 17 days, the hoarseness is still present and has not significantly improved, but it has not worsened either.”
