Doctor, i am very worried about my open pores which have also led to loose texture if my facial skin. My face does not look smooth and has pores which look ugly. I m getting married in February. Please suggest something with no side effects and 100% results. I tried peels, sal, glycolic,good and microneedling, but all in vain. Pls suggest a good and effective treatment with no side effects as i have heard lasers can cause pigment attion on brown skin people. How about tca , or subscision? Will it help. Thank you. I live in Mumbai
