Colonoscopy isn't done for telling intestinal health, it's done for screening for diseases like polyps, cancer, IBD, etc
U can get a colonoscopy since fatty liver is one of the conditions associated with IBD especially if u have a family history of CLD or IBD or malignancy

Why are you concerned about intestinal health when you have no symptoms. What are you even looking for with all these investigations? You can do colonoscopy . But if you are trying to shop for investigations then we have plenty.
Or if it's related to any symptoms, then let know
Since all investigations including endoscopy, stool tests, LFT, pancreatic enzymes, and cancer markers are normal, colonoscopy is not routinely required at your age unless there is red-flag symptoms. Focus on fatty liver management and lifestyle changes; follow up if new symptoms appear.
Hello there, as you have mentioned that all the tests have been normal, and if you still have any concern regarding your internal health, you can get a colonoscopy done which is safe and you will also be satisfied regarding the gut health. Go ahead.
