Hi Sir/Madam, Its been 2 months since I had laproscopy Tubectomy procedure, could you please confirm if I can start with exercise, walking and other physical activities. My doctor had suggested to avoid the same for few months. Thank you!

Laparoscopy is a minimal invasive procedure. It’s a daycare procedure and we advise the patient to resume back to their normal life immediately after a period of seven days, post the procedure.
