As tubes are bloked  two options are threr either directly go for IVF or go for tubal recanalisation surgery With your age zzIVF good option and do not worry about infection as before taking you up for IVF it is routinely done hysteroscopy and biopsy for TB So it will ne ruled out do not worry visit  IVF CENTER

Your age is also against you as far as Fertility is concerned. If the people are telling that if the blockage of tubes is due to infection or TB , then what is your choice? The infection which has blocked tubes is there in the uterus also. Surely you can't go for surrogacy without trying the basic treatment.
Next Steps
Please consult an Infertility Specialist in an Infertility Center. Let them decide at what stage they want to work.
