Hello Doctor, I had a single seizure in June 2025 and have been taking my medication regularly since then. I have not had any seizures after that. I am planning a trip to Ladakh in a few months, which involves long train travel and high altitude. I want to know if it is safe for me to travel in these conditions, especially considering sleep changes and altitude. Also, could you please guide me on what precautions I should take during the trip, what symptoms I should watch for, and what I should do if a seizure happens while traveling? Should I carry any emergency medication or take any additional precautions? Thank you.

High altitude itself is not risk factor ,but if any previous respiratory problems then it will be another issue. No need to increase dosage if no further seizure episodes .
