Use soy milk, coconut, almond milk. Instead of normal milk.
Aristozyme gold one hr before lunch n dinner for 2 weeks. (Digestion disterbation )
Nexito10 one at night for anxiety for 2 weeks.
This is typical lactose intolerance. Milk tea triggers gas, bloating and that uneasy/anxious feeling — nothing serious, just poor lactose digestion.
Next Steps
Try to avoid regular milk. Switch to black tea / lactose-free / almond / soy milk.
If you accidentally take milk, use a lactase tablet just before or right after.
For bloating: simethicone + probiotic for a few days helps.
