Hi doctor, I have lactose intolerance but some time forgot and drink milk tea after that I feel digestion disturbance And anxiety , what to do any medicine to stop symptoms

Use soy milk, coconut,  almond milk. Instead of normal milk.   Aristozyme gold one hr before lunch n dinner for 2 weeks. (Digestion disterbation )   Nexito10 one at night for anxiety for 2 weeks.

This is typical lactose intolerance. Milk tea triggers gas, bloating and that uneasy/anxious feeling — nothing serious, just poor lactose digestion.
Next Steps
Try to avoid regular milk. Switch to black tea / lactose-free / almond / soy milk. If you accidentally take milk, use a lactase tablet just before or right after. For bloating: simethicone + probiotic for a few days helps.

Avoid milk and milk tea as much as possible. You can switch toBlack tea / green tea,Lactose-free milk,Soy milk or almond milk.If you accidentally take milk You can take a lactase enzyme tablet  just before or soon after consuming dairy. This helps digest lactose.for other symptoms like bloating , gas and you need proper guidance for it please consult me on practo for further management and evaluation.
