Adequate wt gain atleast 30gms per day, active child, passing urine atleast 6times a day all indicate that ur milk is enough.i think ur child has reflux.so do burping adequately after every feed. Sometimes it may take months to subside.but if weight gain is good dont worry.

Hi U have to see weather the baby is properly breast feeding or not The signs or proper breast feeding are That baby chin should touch the breast Upper areola of the nipple should be exposed out Baby’s mouth and cheeks should be wide open and full And U DONT HAVE TO FEED EVERY HOURLY U SHOULD FEED EVERY 2 HOURLY FOLLOWED BY BURPING Don’t feed every hourly Just make sure baby’s hydration is proper That baby passes adequate urine And having sleep after every feed
Next Steps
Once u feed every 2 hourly then the feed time will increase
