If u plan to continue breastfeeding, I will suggest not to take the vaccine now . There have been no studies of covishield or covaxin on lactating woman
Next Steps
1. Take Pfizer or modern when available Or 2. Discontinue breastfeed after vaccination

In current scenario getting a vaccine shot has become very difficult. Get vaccinated with whatever is available. Both covaxin and covishield are fine. You should be taking same vaccine for your second shot.
