I would suggest you to share your problem with a good psychologist rather than making your body pills dependent.
Also if I could help, i can suggest you to divert your mind elsewhere. I know its not that easy but still avoid thinking about what your stressed of. Try meditation, watch movie and the best thing is to talk to someone. They may be your family or friend.
