1. Take lavender oil , 5 drops add in water, boil it and inhaled steam. This is a potent home remedy sure it will give mind relaxation and good sleep. Do this 20 minutes before going to sleep.
2. Apply few drops Poppy seeds oil over forehead.
3. Meditation and yoga 30 minutes daily.
Encourage him to walk at least within house in the evening for 15-30mins.
