Lack of sleep and anxiety
My father does not sleep well. He sleeps less than 2-3 hours in a day. He's 60 and has hypertension as well. He's not very active physically.

Main problem behind doesn't sleep is hypertension...so fisrt treat hypertension then take pill for sleep ...

As a home remedy you can do for your father: 1. Take lavender oil , 5 drops add in water, boil it and inhaled steam. This is a potent home remedy sure it will give mind relaxation and good sleep. Do this 20 minutes before going to sleep. 2. Apply few drops Poppy seeds oil over forehead. 3. Meditation and yoga 30 minutes daily.

Encourage him to walk at least within house in the evening for 15-30mins. You can use some pills for sleeping, but you won’t get it without proper prescription, please consult me, I’ll give.
