I don't sleep well and I believe it to be the source of what's above, plus, when I commit to achieveing a Goal it is hard for me to track it down unless I really care for it.
I even try to maintain my neurotransmitters high to see if that's the problem but it's not so.
I tend to be a though addict, I think so much I always have a soft headacke
