The thing is i was a great student and most importantly a happy person i have had suicidal thoughts but overcame them with exercise ,i think am not good enough and constantly anxious..cry without any reason and most importantly i know am capable of something but avoiding them all the time with useless things like fb and other social media apps ,low on confidence and is loosing my hold on life.
