I'm tired. a desperately super tired person. not just mentally but physically. most of the times remain physically ill. do nothing just sleep and overthink everything, take tension. a fully bored person. remain all time confused from people from new situations. people think i'm arrogant but not i'm hiding myself from them, my weakness, my moods, my negative behavior, just smile in public. i also want to talk in public but in gathering i'm blank.. into even a single idea come to my mind.

You are at s Big Laco of opportunities to express abc display yourself. Sport could be a good starter for you to start expressing yourself. The uniqueness of sport is that you don’t have to speak too much and still your confidence starts rising once you start doing well with practice. And then you can use that confidence to start the journey of talking to people, public speaking etc.
Instead of wallowing I’m self-pity, start doing whatever you can in your situation to rise above your self-imposed limitations. :)
